Lavender  has a scent that’s a wonderful blend of fresh, floral, clean, and calm. 
 
The essential oil may be beneficial in a variety of conditions, including insomnia, anxiety and stress.  A great beginner oil and a must for every home.
 
Aromatherapy is a holistic approach to wellness.
 
Try our new Aromatherapy lamps for diffusing Lavender into the air.  Add 4-8 drops of the essential oil along with water to the glass dish on the top of the lamp.

Join Lisa Yohon, yoga practitioner, and explore quieting the noise within and then bringing peace to the outside.  Our practice this month will focus on calming and letting go of that which no longer serves us and our inner peace.
